Public Relations Committee

What We Do:

Public Relations consists of both Publicity And Publications Committees! Both comprise our club's number one form of reaching out to the community around us!
Publicity committees focus on the advertisement aspect of our club and our events, and also the recruitment of members. This includes updating members of events and happenings through social media, flyering and tabling on Bruinwalk, the creation of flyers and brochures, and video making.
Publications committees are involved with our club's monthly newsletters, and our K-Connect, which is a way to keep in touch with our Kiwanis Family. These committees are in charge of the theme, shout-outs/ads, articles, and photos for the newsletter. Other aspects of our newsletter may include sections for fun facts, new members, and "gossip"/confessions corner.

How You Can Get Involved:

Come to our committee meetings and take part in the subcommittees you're interested in! We are opened to new ideas and love it when members get involved! With your help, enthusiasm and motivation, we can take Public Relations to the next level! 

Committee Meetings every odd week: Wednesdays 8-9pm (All meetings are in Rieber 147/149 depending on availability)
