Caption This!

Once every few weeks, the Historian Committee selects one photo that members can caption by texting or e-mailing their possible captions. Then at the next Historian Committee Meeting they select the best caption and at the following General Meeting the winner gets to make a selection from the Historian's "Mystery Box"!
