Hey friends! Another week, another update, and another chance to make this week more awesome than the last :] Enjoy your fall quarter while you can!!! I know everyone's all stressed with midterms and finals and sickness and whatnot, but remember Thankgiving break is just around the corner :]
This week brings a very busy week in terms of service projects!!! For one thing, 24 Hours of Service is this weekend! That's right, 24 hours of continuous service! (with breaks for sleep, of course) I hope you can all make it to those projects and have a blast while contributing lots of time to the community :) In fact, I challenge all of you now to do all 24 hours :D
Besides, 24 Hours, Key 2 College is also this weekend! This is always a fun event and very helpful, so I encourage you to get involved somehow :] The Kiwanis Family is working hard to put on this amazing program, so if you want to help out, come out to their committee meeting tomorrow from 7-8 at Rieber :] If you get lost, contact Randy Mai at 510-421-2999!
So that's it for now in terms of huge projects coming up, but just remember we also have lots of other stuff going on in the meantime, so stay tuned! Hey everyone! Hope all of you have been doing well and surviving midterm frenzy as well as avoiding the dastardly evils of sickness! These past couple weeks have been pretty packed with Circle K events, so I hope you guys came out and had fun!
First off I'd like to thank all of those that went to FTC, especially you first timers! It was definitely a blast, and I hope you guys had an amazing experience as well :] If you didn't go, definitely consider going next time! It's ridiculously fun! Also, congrats to our very own Metro Division for owning at the Penny Wars and taking Mario home!
If you guys missed the chance to hang out with the rest of the Cali-Nev-Ha district, don't fret! There will be another opportunity this weekend at UCSD's Masquerade Ball, for all of you who signed up! There are more details on our district events page! Hope to see you guys there!
As always, remember to check our upcoming events page for upcoming events, and if you would like to sign up for an event but can't make it to the meeting, be sure to call or email the chairs and let them know you're going! We have some very interesting projects and events coming up, so I really hope you guys can make it :]

Congratulations to all the newly wedded couples and the new families!!! Also, don't forget Fall Festival is tomorrow! If you don't have class during the shift times, Playa Del Ray K-Kids (which we sponsor) could always use our help! They're really cute and fun to work with, so why not come out :)

Hey y'alls! Another week, another set of fun service projects socials and other events to go to! I hope all of you have been having a good quarter so far, and I especially hope that midterms season is going well for all of you :]
Come check out our upcoming events this week! A couple that I'd like to highlight are Bow-Wow-Ween and Pal-O-Ween! If you have nothing to do before nighttime of Halloween, check out these two service projects, both of which are really meaningful and are very memorable :] Why not make Halloween fun and memorable for someone else in need! I hope to see you guys at both events!
In other news, families are going to be made soon! If you have come out to meetings and service projects in the past, then you will be placed into a superspecialawesome family which you will find out at this week's meeting on Thursday, same place same time :] If you don't know what the family system is all about, it's basically a way to make the club smaller and provide a way to bond with other Circle K'ers and make amazing friendships!

Hello! A new week a new beginning! I hope all of you had fun at rush week and at our service projects! We have new events this week, as well as the beginning of our committee meetings! For the times of all these events and meetings, check out our upcoming events page! If you're wondering what committee meetings are, they are basically ways for you to get involved in the process of planning out events and the like! Check out the committee descriptions to find out what each committee does!
In other news, our board photoshoot was recently, so expect to see board profiles up hopefully within the next couple of days! Get to know your superspecialawesome board members that are working hard to put together an amazing year for you guys :] In the meantime, the first blog post in our board blog!
Lastly, there are a couple more announcements. If you have any pictures from events last week (and I know you do!) please upload it to our dotphoto!!! This will be greatly appreciated, so contact me for instructions on how to upload them! Also, don't forget to fill out your membership application and turn it into a board member + your dues ASAP!

So as you all hopefully know, our second general meeting was last night at 6:30 in Kinsey Pavillion 1200 (the location got switched last second so sorry if there was any confusion or anything). Due to limited resources, we ran out of agendas last night, but we do now have it uploaded on the website! If you were not able to get one last night, check it out here! Also, from now on, remember that our meetings will be every Thursday same time same place!
The weekend's coming up, and with it comes some fun Circle K events! To start it all off, tonight we have our annual Rush Week Bonfire!!! It's a really fun way to get to know more people, bond with other Circle K'ers, and end the week on a relaxing note! If you want to come, check out the rush week details document here!. Tomorrow, we also have the Explore LA social plus the Kiwanis Family Key to College Work Party! And, to end off the weekend, on Sunday, we have Tree Musketeers, West LA Food Coalition, and our Metro DCM!
