Frequently Asked
Questions
What is Circle K? UCLA Circle K is a group of optimistic and enthusiastic students, ready to help out our community and world. We put community service and leadership training together, along with the opportunity to meet many other college students at service projects, conferences, and conventions. We are an international organization found in more than 15 countries and consisting of over 12,000 members. We are a part of the K-family which includes Builders Clubs (junior-high students), Key Clubs and KIWIN'S (high-school students), and Kiwanis Clubs (professional men and women). How do I join? You can join the club at anytime as long as you have attended at least one service event, so that you can get a feel of what the club is about. All you need to do is turn in a membership application and an annual club due of $40. Can I attend events if I am not a member? You may attend up to five service events without becoming a member. You are welcome to join us for other events, but if there is ride or administrative issues then priority will be given to members. |
